High Volume 3D Printing Service
High Volume 3D Printing Service
Welcome to CFC3D, a small but dedicated digital design and additive manufacturing business based in Harmony, NC. I'm Jared Clark, the owner, and my mission is to make my clients happy. I achieve this by prioritizing professional, effective communication and ensuring the highest level of quality possible in my work.
I specialize in 3D printing services and can help with a variety of high-volume projects such as custom centerpieces for weddings, graduations, and birthdays, custom toys for events and giveaways, spare parts for toys, RC cars, and PCs, as well as custom products and solutions for resell or direct-to-consumer shipment. However, before placing your order, please contact me to discuss your project and receive a quote that includes an estimated lead time. Each project is evaluated based on print time and complexity to provide a personalized and accurate estimate.
My production capacity includes a total build space of around five cubic meters with 7 FDM machines. The FDM fleet consists of 5 Prusa MK-series printers (2X MK2.5S and 3X MK3S+), a Railcore 300ZL, and an Ender 5 Plus. I also have two resin printers, but I prefer to use the FDM machines for all projects due to the toxic materials involved in resin printing. My resin printers include 1 Anycubic Mono and 1 Elegoo Saturn.
I'm proud to offer quick turnaround times and can produce 7+ parts at a time with 7 FDM machines running. Based on waking hours of a day (16), and total run time for the print (usually 6-12 hours), we can estimate how many parts can be produced per day. As a very broad baseline, I can usually produce 7-14 parts per day if the product is fairly large, or hundreds to thousands per day if the part is very small. Urgent requests with quick turnaround times are also available.
I print with PLA, PLA+, and PETG every day with my machines, using a large volume filament dryer to ensure strength and print quality when working with hydroscopic polymers like PETG, TPU, Nylon, etc. One of my Prusa MK3S+ machines and my Railcore 300ZL are fully enclosed and equipped to print more challenging plastics, including ABS, nylons, polycarbonates, flexibles and fiber-filled materials. I also have two temporary enclosures that can be assembled if necessary to increase production capacity when using exotic materials.
Please note that I charge a minimum total of $100 per order to account for plastic usage, wear and tear on the machines, operator time, print failures, and file slicing. However, pricing may be prorated based on volume, with larger orders usually charged at a lower hourly rate. The standard rate is $4/hr for volume printing projects with PLA/PLA+, $4.50/hr for volume printing projects with PETG, and $6/hr for volume printing projects with Flexibles, Nylons, Polycarbonates, and other engineering-grade polymers. Before placing an order, please contact me to discuss your project and receive a personalized quote. Once we have reached a consensus on the price, I will create a custom option in this listing using your first and last name in the "3D Printing" dropdown menu.
Finally, to protect both parties from fraud and other nefarious activities, I prefer to stay within the Etsy platform for all transactions. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via Etsy messaging. Thank you for your interest in CFC3D, and I look forward to working with you
